Late last night we got home from another Disneyland trip and today as I’ve been doing laundry and putting our new souvenirs away I can’t quit thinking about what a perfect week it was in the Happiest Place on Earth. I have gone to Disneyland often my whole entire life and it has always been a happy getaway that leaves me refreshed, rejuvenated and full of good energy. I had no idea the magic could get even better and even more real once I took my own child there. H has been to Disneyland a few times now and it just keeps getting better. This trip was my favorite. He is eleven months old now (can you believe it?) and he was so observant, attentive and just super into the whole thing. I lost track of the amount of times I’d cry/tear up over sweet moments my son had in the park. The magic that Walt Disney created years and years ago is real, alive and thriving and I am so grateful that me and my family are able to partake in the magic. I am already chomping at the bit to get back to Disneyland and watch the magic through H’s eyes again. There is nothing like it. It really is the happiest place on earth.
And expect several new Disney posts coming soon because this trip was that good.
